Authenticator App setup
1. To reset MFA using an authenticator app, first login to your learner portal.
2. Then go to your profile icon in the top right and select My account from the drop down menu.
3. On the profile page, click the Two-factor authentication tab.
4. On the Two-factor authentication page, click Reset:
5. In the Reset two-factor authentication dialog, enter your password, then click Reset.
6. On the Two-factor authentication Setup page, click the Authenticator App, Setup button, then follow the onscreen instructions.

SMS setup
1. Log into the learner portal and go to the profile icon on the top right of the landing page.
2. Then go to your profile icon in the top right and select My account from the drop down menu.
3. On the profile page, click the Two-factor authentication tab.
4. On the Two-factor authentication page, click Reset:
5. In the Reset two-factor authentication dialog, enter your password, then click Reset.
6. On the Two-factor authentication Setup page, click the SMS, Setup button, then follow the onscreen instructions.

Email setup
