As a Team leader, you can assign content to your team.
To assign content to your team
- Log into the LearnHSCNI learner portal.
- On the landing page, on the top right where your name is displayed, click the profile icon.
- In the drop-down menu, click My team.
- On the Team leader dashboard, click the Manage content button.
- This opens the admin portal, and displays the catalogue page.
- In the list on the right, click the content to be assigned.
- On the Properties page of the content, scroll down to the TARGET USERS section. The content can be assigned to your team, either in their MY LEARNING or CATALOGUE areas.
- In the desired area, on the right hand side, click the ellipsis (...).
- In the Users pop-up, click on the Groups tab.
- Select the check box next to your Team (Group) name, and then click Done.
- On the catalogue page, click Save.
The content has now been assigned to each member of your Team (Group).
